As a walking aid, this belt is used on the patient as a support during assisted ambulation.
For assisted standing, it is positioned around the patient’s waist to provide a secure handhold for the caregiver—or vice versa, or both. It can also be used in combination with a standing-assist belt.
The textile products in the Manual Transfers range are Class I Medical Devices, Made in France, CE marked, and compliant with REACH regulations.

The purpose of the Walking Aid and Standing-Assist Belt is to protect caregivers from poor posture during manual transfers.
It is fitted with a 50 mm self-centering buckle to adjust the belt around the patient’s waist.
Manual patient transfers are an integral part of caregivers’ daily work.
