The Act of 29 December 2011 on strengthening the health safety of medicinal products and health products required publication of links between health and cosmetic companies and health professionals.
The recently published Order in Council of 21 May 2013 known as the "Sunshine Act" or the "Transparency Order" determines the nature of the information and the manner in which it is published. Release date : 01/06/2013.
